What happened:
dbe_perf.WAIT_EVENTS中的failed_wait不能监控到锁超时失败，failed_wait计数不准确。通过创造锁等待事件导致超时回滚，在WAIT_EVENTS监控视图里面，failed_wait计数器一直是0.
