What happened:
执行create user xx with MONADMIN或with OPERADMIN报错，报错如下：
postgres=> create user test with MONADMIN password 'test@123';
ERROR: unrecognized role option "monadmin"
LINE 1: create user test with MONADMIN password 'test@123';
^

postgres=> create user test with OPRADMIN password 'test@123';
ERROR: unrecognized role option "opradmin"
LINE 1: create user test with OPRADMIN password 'test@123';
^
