openEuler-24.03-LTS kernel OLK-6.6是基于Linux v6.6开发的新版本openEuler内核，
默认继承支持openEuler 5.10支持的所有处理器，为此进行处理器支持的继承补丁分析回合事项，
即扫描出openEuler 5.10(主干OLK-5.10)上的相关处理器支持的补丁列表，作为分析参考数据，如附件。
请处理器厂商结合自身回合记录及新内核开发规划，进行分析回合。
